How do I cancel or change my booking?

How long does it take to receive my booking confirmation?
Confirmation emails are sent instantly after booking. If you haven't received one within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. When entering traveler details, simply enter the name and information of the person traveling — not your own. Make sure the name matches their government-issued ID exactly.
What payment methods do you accept?
